Me
Aspect: Cody is 14 years old and is going into his first year of High School. He graduated Delaware Central Public School last year and is moving on to Medway High School. He is always active in sports and activities at either school or playing team sports. He has also followed racing at Delaware Speedway since he was 6 years old influenced by Jim Patrick his racing idol. He has been racing go-karts for 4 years now at Point Pelee Kart Club and Waterloo Regional Kart Club (WRKC), and numerous National events around Ontario. This year he and his brother will not be club racing they are going to travel to more different events and tracks for a more competitive challenge.

Achievements: Cody won “Rookie of the Year” in his first year racing at WRKC. He has finished 8th respectively in the next two years once at Point Pelee and one at WRKC. He got third in the “B” division at the Canadian Grand Nationals in 2001. He has also won many championships with his soccer team and his hockey team.

Goals: Cody’s goal this year is to travel to more different events around Ontario instead of racing just club racing. Also to compete at the National level racing in the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship.
Interests: Cody is interested in many sports in life including Hockey, Soccer, and t-ball. He is very interested in his subscription in Inside Karting. His favourite karter is Michael Valiante. His favourite Cascar driver is Jim Patrick. His favourite CART Driver is Paul Tracy, and his favourite Nascar Driver is Dale Earnhardt Jr.

The History or Story Behind My Site
The history behind getting started is our friends from hockey asked us to come up and watch them race. We went up and ended being late and missing all the racing. by the beginning of the next year we had a kart and we were racing. My brother was the one who started first. He had some bad luck in the end as the last race was rained out losing the Rookie of the year position by only 5 points. The next year I started racing. I had an all around year finishing 15th and winning the Rookie of the Year position. After that year I moved up from the North American chassis to a European chassis. What a difference. It flexed better was alot smoother and all the other things that the made the chassis work. This was called a "Sodi-Kart" I raced it for 2 seasons. It was from France. Now this year we have made the change to a Birel. It is made in Italy and works about the same as the Sodi but with little differences.
